Dion, thanks for recognizing “The Social Organization.” I’ll be among the first to read “Social Business By Design.” Judging by how much I value your blog, I’m sure I’ll love the book. My list is very similar to yours but I’d add “Crowdsourcing” by Howe and “The Dragonfly Effect” by Aaker and Smith. Best, Anthony
